Warranty Returns

(a) Customer must email Westcan < info@ westcanmanufacturing.com > with an itemized list of part numbers to be returned accompanied by a written description of the failure including circumstances surrounding the failure and photographs. Customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice) document with this request.

(b) All warranty returns must be authorized for return by Westcan prior to shipment by issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number.

(c) Westcan will only cover freight if approved to be a warranty issue. Any collect shipments will be refused and may result in additional freight charges from your carrier and Westcan is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

(d) Westcan has the right to choose to replace or credit back the original invoiced amount. If Westcan chooses to replace the item this means that we will either replace the complete item or replace a sub-assembly at our discretion.

Non-Warranty Returns

(a) Customer must email Westcan < info@ westcanmanufacturing.com > with an itemized list of part numbers to be returned accompanied by a written description of the reason for the return (ie: ordered wrong part number). All non-warranty returns will be accepted only up to 45 days after the date of purchase, proof of purchase must accompany this request.

(b) All non-warranty returns must be authorized for return by Westcan prior to shipment by issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number.

(c) Only pre-paid shipments will be accepted and all freight is non-refundable. Any collect shipments will be refused and may result in additional freight charges from your carrier and Westcan is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

(d) All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

(e) Westcan inspects every return to determine that products are complete, in the original packaging and in salable condition. Upon inspection, any product requiring repackaging will be subject to an additional 10% repackaging fee with a total of 35% fee (restocking fee plus repackaging fee).

(f) Returned products that have been modified, returned incomplete or damaged, may at Westcan’s discretion, be deemed not resalable and may not be eligible for refund.

(g) Warehouses cannot return any non-warranty products for any reason, this includes current model year.


(h) Special order or obsolete products are not returnable for refund under any circumstances.
